This request form is exclusively for my flash designs only. Any inappropriate misuse of this form will regrettably be disregarded.

Regardless of the status of my booking availability, I will always be happy to consider flash requests.

Every flash design is unique and will not be replicated if it has already been tattooed or sold. While I'm delighted to draw inspiration from previously tattooed designs for custom projects, this will involve completing the tattoo request form.

I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to bring one of my original designs to life through tattooing!
